Helping you realize your home buying dreams!
A lifetime resident, employee, and devotee of Ulster and Dutchess counties, Jesse Chason brings to the table an intimate knowledge of the nuanced neighborhoods and localities that total the diverse Hudson Valley region. Jesse has long believed in working to connect and grow his community in ways that support its residents and his residency - your neighborhood is his neighborhood. He is committed to building relationships and advocates to help current and potential inhabitants find their places in the breathtaking Hudson Valley.
Holding varied positions (largely in pro-audio production) over the last decade plus in the local music and theater communities, including roles with the Fischer Center at Bard College, Catskill Jazz Factory, The Bardavon/Ulster County Performing Arts Center, Colonie Cafe, Write 650, Jesse is immersed in the myriad of arts and humanities that the Hudson Valley offers. When he's not knee deep in real estate or working on production projects Jesse can be found making and producing music for pleasure (he also plays guitar, drums, and piano) exploring the local restaurant scene (ask for recommendations!), hiking and bouldering in the Catskills and 'Gunks, buried in home improvement projects, and chasing the perfect beef wellington and sourdough loaf recipes.
The skill-set that ensured success in production translates as assets in real estate - tenacity and hustle, the ability to zero in on goals and execute successfully, a lifelong thirst for knowledge, a nimble problem solver's mindset, and an integrity and genuineness that has formed the basis for local connections that run wide and deep. Jesse's ingrained ability to place himself in his neighbor's shoes enable him to work tirelessly towards meeting your goals. He becomes personally invested in each journey, and that investment doesn't end at the closing table. What begins as a simple real estate connection with Jesse grows into a community and personal goals minded partnership that you can count on for years to come.
